1. All the information provided by you should be true and accurate. We will treat it confidentially and take responsible steps to protect personal information
2. You will be responsible for any breakages, losses of damage caused by you or a member of your party during your stay in the accommodation. It is your responsibility to put right the damage or to make full payment to the hotel before departure.
3. If cancelled before 24 hours -50% tariff will be deducted.
4. Children below 5 – 10 years will be charged 50% of adult rates. Children above 10 years will be charged adult rates.
5. Reservation will be released automatically if the advance amount is not received

7. Payment can be made by Gpay or cash, cheques are not accepted
8. Guests are to use their rooms for an agreed period. If guests break their stay money will not be refunded.
9. Settlement of bills: bills must be settled upon arrival either by cash or Gpay.
10. Be advised to keep valuables in your personal rooms and take safe measures. The hotel will not be responsible for the loss of guest’s belongings or any other property
11. Smoking is not allowed inside the room.
12. If the guest becomes ill or injured the hotel can help with the provision of medical assistance or arrange for the guest to be taken to hospital, all at the guest's expense.
13. Upon departing guests are obliged to turn off all water faucets, lights in the room and its facilities.
14. Swimming pool will not be accessible after 8 pm
