Trekking

Trekking being an imperative enjoyment for the youth. Attapadi exposes endless possibilities. Trekking to the highest towering hills is found to be hazardous tasks. However trekking to moderately small hills renders all the venturous hidden beauties of trekking experience. Trees and thrive tendrils, filled dark forest path has to be explored to reach the bottom of the hills. The vision of towering hills from the bottom is an awe mixed amazing experience. Heaven touching black rocks, clouds gazing upon calm turf, deep forest, altogether throw the traveller to a transcending excitement. Journey over the hill is the journey to the clouds.

A Walk In Nature

A walk through the forest path lead you to erable land where plantains , leaves, sugarcanes, cone kind are seen to be cultivated. Traditional hats of tribes , splendours of variety of flowers and crops mixed and mingled together could be seen. Its definitely a refreshing experience for a traveller.

Safari

With diverse landscape within its enclave, the jungles of Attapadi have provided shelter to various species of wild life. Thrilling information is awaiting here for wildlife observers. The territory is an inhabited area of tigers. You can go for a Safari and Spot elephants, sambar deer, bison, the famous Malabar, giant squirrel, loin-tailed macaques, and leopards. And if you are lucky you might get sighting of tigers. Crocodile and rattle snakes are common around the river banks. Attapadi, one of the prominent forest region in Kerala. It’s a hidden world.

Cricket

is a bat and ball game between 2 teams , surrounded all sides by nets. - An area of 60 feet by 35 feet , covers an area of about 2100 sq. ft.

Shuttle

is a racquet sport. Player using racquets to hit a shuttle cock across the net. The most common forms of the game are Singles (with once player per ride) Doubles (with two players per side) or played with a larger team, for splendid excitement. - The badminton court is 40 feet wide, capturing an area of about 1800 sq. ft.

Valley Ball

is a team sports in which two teams of six or more players are separated by a net. - An area of the volleyball court is 90 feet long and 30 feet wide. - A total playing area of 2700 sq. ft.

We educate children to work on nature. Farm activities are the activities which include rearing of animals or livestock and growing of crops. We conduct seminars and show short clips on various types of agriculture activities in different climatic conditions on how food is grown or raised. We encourage them in sowing and harvesting of crops, which has major impact on health as well as on environment.

A bonfire is a large fire but a controlled outdoor fire, built in an open air for warmth and entertainment. Enjoy in the isolated location away from the pollution and noise. Out in the gazing night, under the stars, relishing the moments with your family & friends is a perfect way of celebration.
